Shipping in NZ?
Yep - we’ve got you covered, right across Aotearoa!

Standard Shipping - $8.00 flat rate
We keep it simple and affordable.

Who do we ship with?
All our orders are sent with New Zealand Post, and you’ll get a tracking number emailed to you once it’s on the way. Just a heads-up: your parcel might be safe dropped if you’re not home, so make sure the delivery address is secure.

How long does it take?
We aim to pack and ship your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). All parcels leave from our HQ in Auckland and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive - sometimes sooner if the posties are flying!

How do I track my order?
Easy peasy. Once your parcel is on the move, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Just click the link or head to the NZ Post website to check on its progress.

Haven’t received your order yet?
If it’s been more than 7 working days, first check your tracking link - it’s often waiting for you at your local post office! If the tracking info isn’t helpful, email us at hey@dollyandnaana.co.nz with your full name and order number, and we’ll help get to the bottom of it.

A little note on delivery:
Once your order has left our hands, we trust it’s in good ones - but we can’t take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels. Every item is carefully checked and packaged with love before it leaves us. If no one’s home during the day, we recommend sending your parcel to a work address or P.O. box to keep it safe.
